HOMEOWNER POLICIES

We take our management responsibility for your property seriously and request your cooperation in assisting our efforts. It is always important as a homeowner to communicate
the following:

• Supply AFP with your social security number or tax ID number for annual 1099’s
issued for income received over $600.00 as required by law.

• Notify AFP of any change in ownership of the property.

• Review monthly statements carefully and notify AFP immediately with any questions
or discrepancies.

• A current insurance policy of your home should be maintained and updated as needed.

• Concur with Fair Housing laws and guidelines.

• Contact AFP with your vacation plans in the event an emergency arises.

• Assume responsibility for the required maintenance in conjunction with the comfort
and safety of your tenants as required by law.

• Periodically you will be visiting your property. Please contact AFP with your travel
plans so we can make an appointment with your tenant to view your property. It is
our policy to give tenants 24 hour notice.

• Maintain $200.00 in escrow account for minor repairs.

• Provide email address and/or fax numbers for easy and fast communication. Update
any number changes when they occur.
